Lost in Siberia

Matthias Bleuel, the shy logistics manager of a German mail order company, is sent to Kemerovo in Siberia by his Russophile boss to set up a German supply chain system in the Russian subsidiary. He says yes simply because he is too weak to say no. Siberia, of all places! Equipped with a down jacket and pepper spray, Bleuel anticipates snow, ice and danger. But in the mystic summer landscape he falls in love with traditional Tuvan throat singer Sajana. Soon the donnish logistician transforms into a hotspur who believes in ghosts! Stumbling at first, but more and more confident, he moves into a new world and risks everything to win the love of Sajana – and to say goodbye to the old Bleuel.
