Summer is over and a new year begins at the boarding school for Tim, Kookie, Karl and Gaby. These four couldn't be more different from each other. For the down-to-earth, athletic Tim, who's received a scholarship to attend this prestigious school, this is a new world. Not so for his roommate Kookie who appreciates chocolate more than any other privilege he enjoys. But when his rich father is kidnapped, the boys come together to take matters in their own hands. As they can't do it on their own, Tim enlists the help of highly gifted, yet frequently bullied Karl and the police detective's bright daughter Gaby, who has a natural gift for investigating – something her father does not like to see at all. As circumstances bring these four together, little do they know it will lead them to uncover a criminal conspiracy as they become master detectives and find true friendship along the way…
